Police are investigating a stabbing attack at the Wuxi Institute of Technology in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, Nov. 16. Authorities have detained a male assailant responsible for a knife attack that killed eight people and wounded 17 more. Officials stated that the attacker was motivated by personal grievances relating to failing an exam.
