Mexico: Foreign national killed in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua State, Jan. 5

A US national was killed in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua State, on Jan. 5. The incident occurred when a Mexican police officer opened fire at a vehicle carrying the US national in the Melchor Ocampo neighborhood of the city. Officials have stated that the officer reacted to the perceived aggressive driving of the vehicle in question.
