Strikes to continue to affect Buenos Aires metro services April 23-25; further strikes possible in coming days

More strikes are set to hit the Buenos Aires metro (subte) in the coming hours and days. On Monday, April 23, line C will be affected from 05:30 to 07:30 (local time) and on Wednesday, April 25, line D will be affected during the same two-hour period. Other, more disruptive strikes are possible later in the week. Increased road congestion, demand for taxis, and overcrowding on municipal buses are to be anticipated during strike periods.
