Ireland: Ryanair pilot strikes August 3 and August 10 /update 1

Ryanair pilots based in Ireland are set to hold 24-hour strikes on Friday, August 3, and Friday, August 10. Flight delays and cancelations are to be anticipated, with residual disruptions possible on the following Saturdays. Further related strikes are possible in the coming weeks.

Context

These are the fourth and fifth such strikes by Irish Ryanair pilots since the beginning of July. Strikes by Ryanair pilots in Sweden and Belgium are also set to take place August 10; furthermore, Dutch and German pilots are expected to strike in the near-term, potentially on August 10.
