Algeria: Army veterans march to Algiers Sep. 24

Protesters are marching from Haouch El Makhfi towards Algiers and have blocked the A1 highway since Monday morning (local time). Traffic between Algiers and the eastern part of the country is entirely impeded, as is access to the city's Houari Boumediene Airport (ALG).
