Warning

Event

Groups of political activists are planning to hold demonstrations from Saturday, August 24, to Monday, August, 26, in the border town of Irun (Basque country) during the G7 summit, which is being held in Biarritz (France). The gilets jaunes, Basque and Catalan nationalist groups, and a number of far-left groups are among the political activist groups expected to hold rallies and demonstrations during the summit. Violent clashes between protesters and police cannot be ruled out.
