Bolivia: Deadly gas explosion near Oruro Carnival Feb. 10

A street vendor’s gas canister exploded near the Carnival route in Oruro city killing six and wounding more than 28 on Saturday, February 10. According to local authorities, the blast took place on a street parallel to the entrance to the carnival. Investigations are ongoing.
