Mali: Deadly communal clashes in Mopti August 7 /update 2

Deadly communal clashes were reported in Mopti region on Tuesday, August 7. According to local sources, armed men abducted and killed a group of villagers near the Bani River. The attack reportedly targeted members of the Fulani community. Further communal clashes are possible in Mopti in the coming days and weeks.
