Bolivia: Vehicle collision leaves 25 dead on Potosí-Oruro highway Feb. 18

A truck and a bus collided on the highway linking Potosí and Oruro departments early (local time) on Monday, February 18, leaving at least 25 people dead and 15 others injured.
