Strong winds and poor visibility have been reported in La Paz, Oruro, Potosi, Chuquisca and Tarija departments on Saturday, August 15. The National Meteorology and Hydrology Service (SENAMHI) has issued an orange wind alert, the second-highest level on a four-tier scale, until at least Monday, August 17.
