Authorities have closed part of Avenida Avellaneda in the Caballito neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, following a partial structure collapse Sept. 29 at Arquitecto Ricardo Etcheverry Stadium. The stadium, generally used by the Ferro Carril Oeste football team, was unoccupied at the time of the incident, as construction had been ongoing at the site. Authorities have reported a handful of worker injuries, but no fatalities. Officials are actively investigating the collapse at the scene.
