The Potosi Civic Committee (Comite Civico Potosinista, COMCIPO) plans to protest in Potosi from 14:00 Feb. 8. The action is to denounce alleged government corruption and the extradition of Maximiliano Davila Perez, former head of the Anti-Narcotics Agency, to the US. Protesters will gather at Plaza el Minero at 14:00 before marching to Plaza 10 de Noviembre. The march route is unclear, though demonstrators may transit Calle La Paz, among other roads. It is unclear how many people will attend the protest.
