The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) community will host a Pride March in downtown Buenos Aires, on Nov. 5. Participants will gather at the Plaza de Mayo before marching towards Congress from 17:00.
Hundreds to several thousand people are likely to participate in the event. The march will likely pass peacefully. Authorities will almost certainly deploy an increased police presence in the city as a precaution and to facilitate the parade. Localized transport and business disruptions are probable.
