Argentina: Protest launched in Puente La Noria, Buenos Aires, Nov. 15

Activists affiliated with the Independent Movement for Justice and Dignity (Movimiento Independiente de Justicia y Dignidad) have launched a protest along Puente La Noria, which connects the city of Buenos Aires with Villa Fiorito and Lomas de Zamora in the Buenos Aires Province, early Nov. 15. Demonstrators are asking authorities to invest in working opportunities for low-income communities.

Significant transport disruptions are likely in the area over the coming hours. Heightened security is also likely. Clashes between protesters and police cannot be ruled out.
