Protesters are gathering on Puente Pueyrredon, in the Avellaneda area, and blocking traffic going into central Buenos Aires. Participants are demanding food packages and Christmas boxes for those struggling with poverty.

Significant transport and business disruptions are likely in the areas surrounding the demonstration. Police will likely deploy to the area; clashes with protesters are possible.
