Protesting dock workers are blocking roads in Rosario, Dec. 12. Demonstrators have blocked the intersection of Avenida Belgrano and Avenida Pellegrini with burning debris to demand the payment of their salaries. Disruptions have also been reported at the nearby intersections of Acceso Sur and 27 de Febrero, and Acceso Sur and Ayolas.
