Cayman Islands: Disruptions likely Dec. 3 during an airshow

Event

Officials will enforce ground, maritime, and air travel restrictions ahead of and during the Cayman Islands Air Show Flying Display and Aircraft Exhibit, Dec. 3.

  • Parking will be suspended at Seven Mile Public Beach through 18:00 Dec. 3.

  • Traffic management will be in place along northbound lands of the Esterly Tibbetts Highway between the Seven Mile Beach roundabout and the Yacht Club roundabout through 14:00 Dec. 3.

  • Roberts Drive will be closed to westbound traffic from Breeze Way from 12:00 Dec. 3. Both lanes will be closed between Dorcy Drive and Breeze Way from 14:00-18:00.

  • A temporary maritime restriction zone will be enforced 09:00-14:30 Dec. 3 between Governor's House and Heritage Club.

  • Diversions will be in place for persons traveling to and from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM), Dec. 3.
