Argentina: Unionized subway workers plan strike in Buenos Aires 13:00-16:00 May 4

Members of the Association of Subway and Premetro Workers (Asociacion Gremial de Trabajadores del Subte y Premetro, AGTSyP) union plan to strike on Line A of the Buenos Aires Subway (Subterraneos de Buenos Aires, also known as the Subte), and line C 13:00-16:00 May 4. The purpose of the action is to demand increased salaries and a shorter work week.

Crowded conditions, delays on operable subway lines, and increased demand for alternative means of transport are almost certain during the work stoppage.
