Public transport drivers are blocking access to the City Clerk's Office (Quinta Municipal) in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Aug. 21. Participants are blocking traffic along the Fourth Ring Road (Cuarto Anillo), Avenida Roca y Coronado, and Avenida Centenario near the City Clerk's Office. Demonstrators plan to maintain the protest through 18:00. Protesters are demanding a hearing with the local council and new traffic regulations.
