Health workers, affiliated with the Union of Health University Professionals (Sindicato de Profesionales Universitarios de la Salud, SIPRUS), have launched a 48-hour strike affecting the Santa Fe Province, Oct. 31-Nov. 1. Additionally, activists in the city of Rosario, plan to hold a protest starting at 09:30 Oct. 31, gathering at Plaza Pringles, located at the intersection of Cordoba and Paraguay streets, and from there marching to the local offices of the Health Ministry along Rioja street. The actions are to demand salary increases and labor stability.
