Argentina: Activists plan to gather in central Neuquen, Neuquen Province, Nov. 9

Activists affiliated with numerous organizations and political parties, including Polo Obrero, plan to rally in central Neuquen, Neuquen Province, Nov. 9. over a series of issues, including the right to protest and to demand an independent judicial system. Demonstrators plan to gather at the San Martin monument from 18:00; associated marches along nearby streets are possible. Hundreds of people may participate in the action.

Heightened security and localized business and transport disruptions are likely near the gathering. The protest will probably pass peacefully.
