Protesting taxi drivers cause traffic disruptions in La Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, Feb. 16.
Taxi drivers launched a protest in La Plata on Feb. 16 to demand that local authorities implement more regulations for app-based private transportation services in the city.
