Titli is expected to make landfall in Odisha (India), before curving northeast over Kolkata and into Bangladesh. As of 00:00 (local time) on Wednesday, the storm was producing sustained winds of 93 km/h (58 mph) and expected to strengthen to 130 km/h (81 mph) before landfall, or a "Very Strong Cyclonic Storm," the third-highest rating. Rain up to 20 cm (8 in) is expected across east India and Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Khulna, and Chittagong. Flooding and transportation disruptions are possible.
