Heightened security measures and localized traffic disruptions are expected in Nasr City during the Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX) from Monday, December 3, through Wednesday, December 5. Roughly 5000-20,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, which will be held from 10:00 (local time) to 18:00 each day at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi is also anticipated to be in attendance. Authorities may close roads in the area with little notice.
