The second, organized by the Association of Nursing Professionals (Asociacion de Licenciados en Enfermeria; ALE), will begin at the National Congress at the intersection of Entre Rios and Rivadavia avenues at 17:30 and will continue as a march to the Plaza de Mayo, where the event will end. The ALE will also be holding rotating three-hour strikes at various healthcare facilities throughout the city; strike times are as follows: 10:00-13:00, 16:00-19:00, and 21:00-24:00.
